Another Honest Jon’s Chop-Up!
Live collaboration gig heads for Ireland…
Among the international musicians taking part in this year’s talent fest are the Gorrilaz frontman Damon Albarn, Afrobeat legend Tony Allen and renowned bassist Flea. The jam-style gig will see a total of 25 musicians on stage, playing an epic two and a half hour set.
With only four dates worldwide – London, Paris, Cork (sold out) and Dublin (November 1) – tickets for the unique concerts have become highly sought after.
Also in the line up are Malian singer Fatoumata Diawara, Chicago brass sensation Hypnotic Brass Ensemble and Detriot techno/house alchemist Theo Parrish. Incorporating a wide range of new styles and talent, Another Honest Jon’s Chop-Up looks set to be a truly genre-bending evening.
Tickets for Vicar Street, Dublin on November 1 are €42.50 excluding booking fee and are available via [link]www.ticketmaster.ie[/link]
