Lola Young shares update after collapsing on stage

Pop singer Lola Young has shared an update after collapsing during her New York City music festival performance.

On Saturday, the 24-year-old dropped her microphone and fell backwards while performing 'Conceited'.

She took to Instagram sharing news about her Washington D.C. show.

"I'm sorry to confirm that I won't be playing all things go in DC today," said the artist.

"I love this job and I never take my commitments and audience for granted so I'm sorry to those who will be disappointed by this. I hope you'll all give me another chance in the future."

"Thank you to all those who listen and care. To all the people that love to be mean online, pls give me a day off."

Young's 2024 hit 'Messy' jumpstarted her career after reaching No. 1 in Ireland and UK and earning massive traction on TikTok.

She won the Ivor Novello Award for Rising Star in 2025.
