LENA FIAGBE: "You Come From Earth" (Mother)
BJORK: "Human Behaviour" (Mother) LENA FIAGBE: "You Come From Earth" (Mother)
Bjork leads Mother's international charge with a drone in the ozone, a spacious piece of pop that gets taken up high in the sky in Nellee Hooper's well-upholstered air-balloon. Equally beguiling is her alienated use of the English language which makes her concepts of "Human Behaviour" seem to come from another planet where all the trolls are Japanese. As for the label's other runner, Lena Fiagbe, her tune is tastefully flattered by Martin Wade's production but light green sentiments are now far from novel.
