Who framed Leagues O'Toole?

In a brilliant flight of fancy, the No Disco crew have signed over the helmsmanship of tonight’s show (Wednesday March 19th, N2, 11.15pm) to Dublin animation collective The Delicious Nine. (That’s Del 9 to you, kid). And when we say they’ve signed it over, we don’t mean half, either.

This one hour fully-animated special features a cartoon Leagues (pictured in full explicatory telly-presenter effect, right) and the Del 9-drawn videos for The Jimmy Cake, Max Tundra, Ambulance, Manitoba, Connect 4 Orchestra, The Coldspoon Conspiracy, Goodtime John, Jeff Martin, Daemien Frost, The Frames and more - plus an interview with the Del Niners and, if our sources are correct, random visual gags aplenty.

So, that’s No Disco, Network 2, tonight at 11.15pm. Pencil it in…
