WATCH: Wallis Bird debuts new video

The wonderfully talented Wallis Bird has a busy year in her sights after a relatively quiet 2013 – she deserved a break after turning in her eponymous, Choice nominated third album – with a new LP and lots of live dates on the horizon.

Today we get the video for lead single 'Hardly Hardly', an uplifting, club-influenced number. To our ears, its Balearic tones work perfectly with the summer weather that's just hit Dublin (yes, we know it will now start pouring it down any minute).

Parent album Architect Out arrives April 11.

As for those live dates:

She hits Dublin first, taking to the Academy stage on Friday April 25. The following night (Sat Apr 26) finds her going west to play Monroes in Galway.

Bird rounds off the weekend (Sun Apr 27) with a show in the Cork Opera House.
