WATCH: New Kanye West

With Kanye West's new album apparently set for a June 18 release date, possibly bearing the typically swag title Yeezus (see what he did there?), it was high time for him to give us a taste of things to come.

'New Slaves' was originally debuted when he projected a video on buildings around the world last week. Over the weekend, he was the musical guest for the season finale of US comedy institution Saturday Night Live and gave us a live rendition of that, plus the very-angry-indeed 'Black Skinhead'.

It's definitely a change in sound for West, who has never been afraid to mix things up. A little Death Grips, a little Hudson Mohawke (who's working with the rapper).
