WATCH: New Interpol video
The New Yorkers are interviewed in the new issue of Hot Press.
El Pintor, Interpol's fifth album and first without former bassist Carlos D, was released earlier this month and, as the suited and booted indie rockers hit the road to bring it to the people, they've just stuck a brand new video up online.
The promo for El Pintor track 'Twice As Hard', it was directed by frontman Paul Banks.
The band clearly feels it works as a work-out track, as we see people boxing and training in a gym – coincidentally, Banks recently took up boxing himself.
Interpol play Dublin's Olympia Theatre for three nights next year, February 10 – 12, but before that, drummer Sam Fogarino talks to Craig Fitzpatrick in the current issue of Hot Press.
On the agenda?
Feeling revitalised as a three piece, why they had to part ways with the "narcissistic" Carlos D and whether or not David Letterman has actually joined the band...
