He's weathered accusations of homophobia throughout his career, most recently for the offensive lyrics to 'Rap God' last year and when Perfume Genius took to selling t-shirts featuring his "emasculated" face in 2014 (see below), and now Eminem has chosen to laugh about it - and hopefully himself.
The rap icon has always maintained that his personal views are different from the characters he creates in his rhymes.
Another clip from world news headline-making comedy The Interview has surfaced and it finds Marshall Mathers playing a fictional version of himself and coming out as a homosexual in a TV chat with James Franco.
