Virgil Donati to give Dublin drum clinic
Joe Satriani's drummer will take over XMusic to give a Masterclass
Virgil Donati will come to Dublin megastore XMusic on Monday, September 7 to give a drum clinic.
The drummer - who has toured with everyone from Steve Vai to Mick Jagger - will be showcasing his own signature Pearl equipment.
Doors open at half six and the event will be kicked off by local drumming legend Conor Guilfoyle, co-founder of the jazz programme at Newpark Music School.
Donati is due on stage at eight o'clock for an hour and 45 minutes of performance, discussion and instruction, as well as a Q&A session.
Also on the night special offers including a Virgil Donati snare for only €299. RRP €499. One of the much-coveted snares will be raffled with proceeds going to Crumlin Children's Hospital.
