The Stylistics announce Vicar Street show
The soul legends will perform on November 11.
Legendary Philadelphia soul group The Stylistics have announced a gig in Dublin’s Vicar Street on November 11.
The gig follows The Stylistics’ latest release Falling In Love With My Girl, which came out last February, and features a range of high-profile musicians, including Shania Twain, Ronnie Wood of the Rolling Stones, Bill Champlin of Chicago, Gene Simmons of Kiss and more.
It comes as part of a UK and Ireland tour set to kick off in Cardiff’s New Theatre on October 31, ith stops Chatham, Birmingham, Liverpool and more along the way.

The Stylistics formed in 1968 by Russell Thompkins Jr., Herb Murrell, Airrion Love, James Smith and James Dunn. They saw massive popularity throughout the 1970s, earning five gold singles and 3 gold albums.
Many of their songs were covered by musical icons such as Prince and Marvin Gaye, and their work has been sampled by artists like Jennifer Lopez, Usher, and Beyoncé.
The group’s lineup currently includes original members Airrion Love and Herb Murrell, with Jason Sharp who joined in 2011.
Tickets for The Stylistics in Vicar Street go on sale this Friday, February 20 at 10am here.
