The Messiah speaks
Creative Controle change their name, new album details and a bunch of live dates
Dublin hip hop collective Creative Controle have changed their name to the altogether funkier Messiah J & The Expert.
In celebration, the crew will be making several nationwide live appearances as part of the Volta Sounds tour with Goodtime John and Jape, including: The Forum, Waterford (April 4); Half Moon, Cork (10); Vicar St., Dublin – supporting Public Enemy (12); The Village, Dublin (24) and Spirit Store, Dundalk (26).
In other Messiah news, What’s Confusing You?, the band’s debut album, is set for release through Volta Beats this summer.
