The JD Set Final line-up complete
Five acts will battle it out on April 23 in Crawdaddy.
Following the concluding heats last week in Galway, the line-up for the 2009 JD Set Final is complete.
Doing battle on April 23 in Crawdaddy, Dublin will be The People (Cork winners), Floyd Soul & The Wolf (Waterford), Camogie Lovers (Limerick), The Chapman Society (Dublin) and The Red Labels (Galway).
Casting an expert ear over proceedings will be Stranglers legend Hugh Cornwell, Hot Press’ Roisin Dwyer and Adam Murphy from Jack Daniel’s. Up for grabs are recording time in Grouse Lodge Studio, a high profile JD Set support, photo session and video shoot.
The Chapman Society also play on May 2 in the Dublin Hub where The Neon Stars and Matt Lane are among the supports, and you’ll be able to hear some of the tunes from their soon-to-be-released Grenade album.
