Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney will honour the Mississippi Hill Country blues artists who inspired The Black Keys, with Delta Kream featuring five covers of David Kimbrough tracks.
The band recently reissued their sixth studio album Brothers in celebration of the LP’s 10th anniversary. Originally released in 2010, the LP contains the songs ‘Next Girl’, ‘Howlin’ For You’, ‘Everlasting Light’ and ‘Tighten Up’.
Along with reissuing the album, they shared two previously unreleased tracks from the era, titled 'Keep My Name Outta Your Mouth' and 'Black Mud Part II.'
The majority of the duo's dates for a US tour were cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
