Suede: Greatest Hits album + Dublin gig
Suede will make Dublin a port of call during their post-release UK/Irish tour
Suede launch into an extensive UK and Irish tour with a December 4 show at Dublin's Ambassador Theatre.
Prior to that comes the October 20 release of their Greatest Hits, a suitably well endowed package which also features newly recorded single 'Attitude' and two ultra-rare outtakes, 'Just A Girl' and 'Heroin'.
Speaking about the sessions which spawned 'Attitude', Brett Anderson says: "Most of the new material is more aggressive and less song-based (than of old). We've been spending a lot of time working on tracks that sound nothing like traditional Suede."
Two more of these, 'Golden Gun' and 'Oxygen', appear as bonus cuts on the single which, unless we're very much mistaken, is destined to give Suede their 16th top 20 hit.
