The Milk Carton Kids announce Dublin show

The Milk Carton Kids have announced a show at Dublin's 3Olympia Theatre on January 19.

The Los Angeles-based indie folk duo's show is part of their Lost Cause Lover Fool World Tour, which will kick off on August 7 at the Edmonton Folk Festival at Gallagher Park, Alberta, Canada.

Lost Cause Lover Fool World Tour is in support of the group's upcoming album Lost Cause Lover Fool, set to be released on April 24.

Supporting them during their world tour are Canadian singer-songwriter Ron Sexsmith at Massey Hall and American singer-guitarist Willie Watson at 9:30 Club and at Ryman Auditorium.

Also supporting The Milk Carton Kids are: Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Vera Sola during the UK and Europe leg of the world tour, and Nashville-based folk duo Paper Wings during the US leg of the tour.

The Milk Carton Kids announced their forthcoming record in January, releasing the track ‘A Friend Like You’.

Since then, the band has shared more tracks from Lost Cause Lover Fool, the most recent being ‘I'll Go Home From Here’.

Formed in 2011, The Milk Carton Kids comprises Kenneth Pattengale and Joey Ryan.

Tickets will be available here on Friday, May 1.
