Blanco White announces Dublin show
Tickets will be available on Ticketmaster.ie on Thursday, April 30.
Blanco White has announced a show at Dublin's 3Olympia Theatre on March 25, 2027.
The show is part of the folk alt-indie artist's UK and Europe tour.
Blanco White is Londoner Josh Edwards' solo project, with its name being inspired by Spanish writer José María Blanco White.
After becoming fascinated with the Spanish-speaking world when he was 10 years old, after going on a trip to Latin America, the singer-songwriter studied the flamenco guitar in Cádiz, Spain, under the guidance of Spanish guitarist Nono García, and the charango (a traditional Andean instrument) in Sucre, Bolivia.
Blending Latin American influences (Andean folk and Andalusian instrumentation) with his English roots, Edwards began Blanco White in 2014.
Following the release of his debut album On The Other Side in 2020, Edwards took a two-year break away from music to recover from a serious nerve condition.
In 2022, he returned to the stage, supporting José González and Gregory Alan Isakov.
The following year, he released his latest record Tarifa.
Tickets for Blanco White's show will be available here on April 30.
