Ireland's best unsigned bands prepare to battle it out in the JD Set Final, where guest DJ Tim Burgess will be spinning the decks
Following five closely contested heats in Cork, Dublin, Limerick, Galway and Waterford, The JD Set moves to The Village in Dublin on Thursday April 29 for the much anticipated 2010 final.
The icon for The JD Set 2010, Tim Burgess of The Charlatans will travel to Dublin to judge the final along with Michelle Doherty (Phantom 105.2), Róisín Dwyer (Hot Press) and Adam Murphy (Jack Daniel’s) when one of the five finalists will be crowned winner of The JD Set 2010 and follow in the footsteps of previous winners, The Coronas (2005), The Chakras (2006) and last year's winners We Cut Corners, who will perform on the night.
The five bands who will compete at The JD Set Final in The Village on 29th April are:

As winners of The JD Set 2010, the winning band will receive advice from Tim Burgess, studio time in Grouse Lodge Studios, inclusion of tracks on an official JD Set 2010 CD on the cover of Hot Press magazine and PR support.
