Slow Pilot announce Jeff Buckley tribute show
The band will play all of Buckley’s 1994 Grace
Belgian indie band Slow Pilot have announced a Jeff Buckley tribute show at the 3Olympia Theatre in Dublin on September 6.
The show, described as a “celebration of Grace”, will see the band playing the entirety of Jeff Buckley’s critically acclaimed album Grace, the only album Buckley released before his tragic death in 1997, followed by a number of other songs from Buckley’s collected works.
Jeff Buckley was an American musician who has been cited as an influence by artists such as Radiohead’s Thom Yorke, Chris Martin, Adele, and Lana Del Ray. Slow Pilot’s tribute show comes after the 2025 documentary It’s Never Over, Jeff Buckley, following Buckley’s life and career, which received positive reviews.
Slow Pilot are an indie rock band from Belgium. The show follows the release of their second album, Falling Off The Earth, released in 2024, and their 2025 single ‘Fences’. The band has drawn comparison to Buckley in the past from Belgian magazine Cutting Edge.
Tickets for the show are available Friday, February 13 on Ticketmaster.
