Skanger to make their Dublin live debut at Whelan's this Friday
Their new single, 'Maybe', is out now. Check out the music video below.
Dublin band Skanger will play their first-ever hometown show at Whelan’s this Friday, March 7.
The trio consists of Mark Healy on lead vocals and guitar, Terry Hackett on drums, and prolific producer Ingmar Kiang on bass.
Kiang also handled production on their latest single, 'Maybe', which was released a few weeks ago.
This is the fourth single to be lifted from Skanger’s soon to be released debut album Love & Violence, following 'Debris', 'Dim the Lights', and 'Change The World'.
Since its release, 'Maybe' has been making waves. Frontman Healy shared his thoughts on the new single:
"This is a song born out of the frustrations of the Monday morning blues following a long weekend on the sesh!! A hopeful and optimistic view overlooking the challenges of the Monday morning drinker’s remorse, looking forward to a brighter future on Tuesday…. only to be back on the well-known slippery slope by Thursday."
Tickets for the Whelan's show this Friday are available for €15 here now!
