Silver Moon share new single and video 'Climb (Higher & Harder)'
Watch the video below.
Irish indie-synth duo Silver Moon have shared the video for their latest single, 'Climb (Higher & Harder)'.
The track is a stunning blend of electronics, and is the second single from their debut album ‘Empty Rooms'. Taking influence from the Depeche Mode school of electro blues, and the video features vintage footage.
Singer Aidan Casserly delivers a soaring vocal performance, and his signature poetic lyrics cement Silver Moon as ones to watch for 2021. Bandmate Mike Wilson deftly carries the production.
In the video description on YouTube, Aidan writes: "Mike and I went to the Americana’s for this bluesy rock and roll stomper. The swinging melodies and rising arrangement provide a basis for a lyric, which has deeper meaning than just the obvious.
"Paul Robeson was the man who inspired this, and anyone who may not be aware of him and his fight for personal freedom, as an artist, will sure benefit from searching Paul out. His incredible voice, and his dignity of character is still inspiring. Mike again showcases amazing skills in mixing and layering and the sense of climb in the musical side is a joy to the ear."
