Search Results release new single 'Excruciating Heights'
They begin touring in Ireland on September 11.
Search Results have released their new single titled 'Excruciating Heights'.
This is the Dublin-formed band's first new song since the release of their album Go Mutant in May.
The song showcases the band's garage rock influences, with rough guitar and loose powerful vocals.
The duo is made up of friends Jack Condon and Fionn Brennan, whose chemistry creates the foundation for their music and on-stage presence.
"With Go Mutant, we’re mixing things a bit more than usual," Said Brennan. "Compared to our last album, there’s more experimentation and variety. The quality of the recordings has also improved – it’s clearer, more hi-fi.
The group has had a busy summer, with festival shows at The Great Escape in May and at the end of August.
They are set to play: the Róisín Dubh in Galway on September 11, Whelans in Dublin on September 12; Ulster Sports Hall in Belfast on September 13; Sandinos in Derry on September 14; Dolans in Limerick on September 18; Coughlans in Cork on September 19; and a show at Phil Grimes in Waterford on September 20.
They also have show dates in the UK, France and the Netherlands to follow their Irish tour.
