Sean Penn, Frances McDormand, Toni Servillo, Harry Dean Stanton and Bono’s daughter Eve Hewson are to star in a new Paolo Sorrentino-directed film, which starts shooting on August 16 in Dublin before moving on to other locations in Michigan, New Mexico and New York.
Sorrentino’s English language debut, This Must Be The Place features Penn as "middle-aged wealthy rock star bored in his retirement, who takes on the quest of finding his father's executioner, an ex-Nazi war criminal who is a refugee in the U.S.”
The $28 million movie is being soundtracked by David Byrne – proper order given that ‘This Must Be The Place’ is also the title of a 1983 Talking Heads album track…
