Sanzkrit album launch party
Or should we say parties...
Indie shoe-gazers (their term) Sanzkrit will release their first full-length album, After the Wedding on September 11 - artwork pictured.
To mark the launch, the Carrickmacross band will play a series of gigs around the country - full details below. They'll be supported for most of the gigs by the excellent electro-rock duo, The Ambience Affair.
Two tracks from the new record are available for free download from the band's Myspace, and very good they are too.
Meanwhile, the video for the first single from After the Wedding, 'Futila', has just been released (see below).

September 14: The Róisín Dubh, Galway (support from The Ambience Affair & Big Box)
September 18: Interveiw and live session on Northern Sound FM
September 18: The Brewery, Monaghan (support from Blind Pilots & The Rapport)
September 19: The Stables, Mullingar (support from Superjimenez & Planet Parade)
September 26: Greystones Theatre, Greystones (support from The Ambience Affair & Peakin’ Trippers)
