RuthAnne has announced her upcoming sophomore studio album The Moment, set for release on October 10, 2025.

The Irish singer-songwriter's new project is a love letter to classic songwriting, and has been inspired by the likes of Carole King, Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor, and Alicia Keys.

"This album is really a collection of all the moments we all grow through in life — from love to loss, womanhood to motherhood and everything in between," said RuthAnne.

"It’s really about the human-ness in us all: the celebrations, declarations, the failures, the lessons, the joys and the pain. This body of work is really rooted in authenticity — every vocal, every lyric, every sound."

Following the release of 'The Way I'm Wired' last month, the Grammy and BRIT nominee has now shared a new track 'Complete Me', which will also feature in her new LP.

"I wrote ‘Complete Me’ about the moment you realise you’ve found your person — the missing piece that makes you feel whole, safe, and complete," said RuthAnne.

"That deep love that exists far beyond the honeymoon phase,” she says. “It’s messy, beautiful, raw and real. Any storm that comes, you know you’ll get through it because you’ve got each other."

Known for her songwriting credits in hits like JoJo's 'Too Little Too Late', Martin Garrix and Bebe Rexha's 'In the Name of Love', and Britney Spears' 'Work Bitch,' RuthAnne released her debut album Matters of the Heart in 2019.

This Autumn, the artist is set to release her first book It's Not Just A Song, a guide to songwriting and surviving the music industry as a woman.

Ruthanne is also a member of Irish Women in Harmony, a collective that boasts 34 of Ireland's leading female artists, including Úna Healy, Moya Brennan, Orla Gartland, Loah, Imelda May.

The group are set set to join Alanis Morissette as special guests in her shows at Dublin's Malahide Castle and Belfast's Belsonic this summer.
