REM to release Automatic For The People 25th Anniversary Edition this November
Due out on November 10th, the reissue will be released across a variety of formats, including 180gm vinyl, streaming and a four-disc Deluxe Edition.
The Deluxe Edition will feature previously unreleased material, including tracks such as 'Mike's Pop Song' and 'Devil Rides Backwards', in addition to 20 demos previously unheard, a companion Blu-ray with seven music videos and the original 1992 EPK video.
Housed in a 12"x 12" life-top box, this edition will contain a 60-page book of never-before-seen photographs by Anton Corbjin and Melodie McDaniel, plus liner notes by journalist Tom Doyle who conducted interviews with all four members.
The 25th Anniversary Edition will consist of two discs, and both editions will include a full live set, Live At The 40 Watt Club 11/19/92 performed in Athens, GA and their only live show during that year, which has been remastered from the original analog tapes by Stephen Marcussen.
