Record Store Day 2026: Special releases from CMAT, The Mary Wallopers, Amble and more Irish acts

The lineup for Record Store Day 2026 has been announced, and it features a host of Irish acts.
On Saturday, April 18, hundreds of artists will release vinyl exclusives in record stores across the world.
Among the Irish artists participating in Record Store Day is CMAT, who will re-release her 2021 EP Diet Baby. On the 12" Pearl Sunrise vinyl repress, you can hear her first-ever singles, including 'I Wanna Be a Cowboy, Baby!', 'Rodney', and 'Another Day (kfc)'.
The Mary Wallopers will release their 2019 debut EP on vinyl for the first time. Titled A Mouthful of The Mary Wallopers, this 10" pink vinyl pressing features five tracks, including 'Cod Liver Oil & The Orange Juice' and 'As I Roved Out'.
Amble's Hand Me Downs EP will be available via Warner Records on Record Store Day 2026. The release follows their sold-out 2025 UK tour.
From Rory Gallagher comes a special 50th anniversary edition of his 1976 album Calling Card. The limited edition half-speed record was master cut at Abbey Road studios.

Over 300 record stores will participate across Ireland and the UK. All new releases will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Find your local record shop here.
Record Store Day UK will continue its partnership with War Child, a charity supporting children affected by global conflict.
