Continuing with the recently released Made To Love Magic collection of remastered Drake songs, the changes made to ‘River Man’ are slight. It does feel a little lighter and more intimate for having the strings stripped away. Still, change or not, there’s no harm in taking this classic out for an airing from time to time. As gently haunting as ever; when Betty prays for the sky to blow away, we are devastated anew.
