Positive vibes!

Dublin singer-songwriter – and current Hot Press 'Single of the Week' recipient - Damien Dempsey has signed a licensing deal with Sony UK.

Due here through his own Clear label on May 16, Dempsey's Seize The Day album will hit the racks cross-channel later in the year and receive the multinational's full marketing and promotional support.

It's a similar pact to the ones struck recently by The Revs with Sony Europe & Asia, and Damien Rice with labels in the UK and US.
