Local-boys-come-good General Fiasco to put out new single and album number two
Fresh from cheering the Olympic Torch to Belfast with their free City Hall gig, the Bellaghy boys are releasing new single ‘Bad Habits’ to coincide with their second album later this Summer.
The hits are beginning to stack up on YouTube, and with ‘Bad Habits’ and ‘Unfaithfully Yours’ hitting shops on the same day, the Northern boys may just break out of the local circuit and into Irish mainstream. Follow-up to debut album ‘Buildings’, ‘Unfaithfully Yours’ promises to decide divided critics on the fresh-faced indie quartet.
Containing twelve tracks including ‘The Age You Start Losing Friends’, winner of ‘Best Song’ at the NI Music Awards last year, ‘Unfaithfully Yours’ finally sounds like a band that know where they’re going - up.

The group comprises brothers Owen and Enda Strathern, Stephen Leacock on drums and new blood member Stuart Bell. Having already completing two UK tours this year, more dates are on the books – including The Academy in Dublin next Friday.
