The release date of the new PC and console game is yet to be announced
A new Wu-Tang Clan video game, Wu-Tang: Rise of the Deceiver, is coming out, allowing up to four players to fight against "an unknown threat."
The project was announced at Summer Game Fest, which took place in Los Angeles over the last weekend, June 6 to 9.
Mixing Afro-surrealism and anime, the cooperative RPG by Brass Lion Entertainment will have Wu-Tang classics and songs from DJ Just Blaze as a soundtrack.
"It’s about blending music, storytelling, and interactive experience. I can’t wait for fans to step into the darkness and discover what lies beneath,” said Wu-Tang member Ghostface Killah.
Up to four players can embark on quests together, fighting evil with special powers.

The game is connected to the upcoming horror film Angel of Dust by group members Ghostface Killah and RZA.
“Creating Angel of Dust has been an incredible journey," said Ghostface Killah.
"Bringing the story to life through film was just the beginning. Now, with the development of the video game, we are immersing fans even deeper into this supernatural thriller universe," he further explained.
The first Wu-Tang video game, Wu-Tang: Shaolin Style, came out in 1999 and was a fighting game for PlayStation.
