New book celebrates Springsteen’s Irish shows
Land Of Hope And Dreams is available now
Every tour from Born In The USA to Working On A Dream is documented in Land Of Hope And Dreams: Celebrating 25 Years Of Bruce Springsteen In Ireland.
Co-authored by journalists Greg Lewis and Moira Sharkeya, published by Wales’ Magic Rat Books and available from Eason’s for €20, it also includes numerous contributions from fans who recall seeing The Boss and The E Street Band in Slane, the RDS, The National Stadium, The Point, Belfast King’s Hall and the other venues he’s graced here down through the years.
Accompanied by dozens of original René van Diemen photos, it’s a fabulous labour of love.
