My Bloody Valentine reunite to play secret Dublin gig
The National Stadium show marks the band's first non-festival Irish gig since 1992
Last night (November 19), shoegaze rock band My Bloody Valentine played a surprise gig at Dublin's National Stadium, marking their first time on stage together since 2018.
Originally planned for a smaller venue, due to demand it was upgraded to the 2,000-capacity arena.
Performing under the alias Isn't Anything, a nod to their 1998 debut album, the band played a 19-song set including fan favourites such as 'Only Shallow', 'Soon', 'Feed Me with Your Kiss', and a live debut of 'Off Your Face', from their 1990 Glider EP.
This secret gig acts as a warm-up to their official Dublin comeback, where they'll headline the 3Arena on Saturday, November 22.
A handful of resale tickets for their 3Arena show are still available and can be found on ticketmaster.ie.
