Mumford & Sons announce Marlay Park show with very special guests The War on Drugs
Tickets go on sale later this week.
In the run-up to the release their eagerly awaited new Prizefighter album, Mumford & Sons have announced a major outdoor show at Dublin's Marlay Park on July 5.
This will be the band's first time paying Marlay Park since 2017, when they headlined Longitude. For their upcoming show, they'll be joined by very special guests The War On Drugs.
The Dublin gig is Mumford & Sons' latest addition to a busy run of outdoor summer shows across Europe and the UK.
The multi-award-winning band are set to release Prizefighter, their sixth album, on February 20.
Co-produced and co-written with The National’s Aaron Dessner, Prizefighter will include the previously released Hozier collaboration, 'Rubber Band Man', as well as guest appearances from Gracie Abrams, Chris Stapleton, and Gigi Perez.
Earlier this month, they released their latest single from the album, 'The Banjo Song'.
Tickets for Mumford & Sons at Marlay Park are priced from €91.05 - €101.05, and go on general sale from 9am on Friday, January 30. Planet Fans pre-sale, meanwhile, kicks off on Tuesday, at 9am.
