Mitski announces new album, Nothing's About to Happen to Me
Nothing's About to Happen to Me will be released on February 27.
Mitski has announced her upcoming album Nothing's About to Happen to Me.
The indie-rock singer began teasing her upcoming 8th studio album on her social media earlier this week, posting snippets of a possible music video, additionally hinting at the release date of February 27.
Today, she released the first single 'Where's My Phone', along with an accompanying music video.
Mitski's last release was her 2023 album The Land Is Inhospital and So Are We, which was accompanied by the James Grant- directed concert film The Land. The film was played in over 600 cinemas worldwide.
She is currently working on writing the music and lyrics for the upcoming musical adaptation of The Queen's Gambit.
