Mindfield festival line-up announced

It’s just been confirmed that Gil Scott-Heron’s May 2 visit to the Dublin Tripod is part of the Electric Picnic spin-off Mindfield festival.
Taking over the whole of the PoD complex between April 30 and May 2, the multimedia bash will also feature Jon Snow, Alastair Campbell, Howard Marks, David MacWilliams, Denis Hickie, Olaf Tyaransen, Eamon Dunphy, Gary O'Toole, Avril Doyle, Simon Napier-Bell, BP Fallon, Robert Fisk, John Cooper Clarke, DBC Pierre, Sebastian Horsley and loads more.
Tickets for all the individual events go on sale on Saturday.
