Metallica confirm Belfast

Metallica have confirmed a May 11 visit to Belfast’s Odyssey Arena, tickets for which go on sale on Thursday December 3 priced £49.
There’s no word yet on a Dublin date, but we’d be surprised if the Bay Area Thrashers don’t make what has become their annual pilgrimage to the capital.
As previously reported in Hot Press, the band have a new DVD, Francais Pour Une Nuit, available from metallicanimes.com.
Completists will also want to track down the companion Orgullo, Pasion y Gloria: Tres Noches En La Ciudad de Mexico concert film, which is intended for the Latin American market, but will doubtless be available here on import.
