Sigrid announces new album There’s Always More That I Could Say and shares new single ‘Fort Knox’
The record will be released on October 24.
Norwegian pop artist Sigrid has announced her third album There’s Always More That I Could Do, due out October 24 via Island/EMI.
She also shared her new single ‘Fox Knot’, the follow up to ‘Jellyfish’, which dates back to July. It marks her first new music since her 2023 EP The Hype.
“I love using my voice as a vessel to pour my heart out,” Sigrid said, “but on this song, I wanted it to sound carefree, joyful and playful – maybe a bit nonchalant.”
Check out ‘Fox Knot’ below:
The upcoming album was recorded in a studio by the harbour in Bergen, Norway, and is described as the musician taking a step away from the pressure of “content culture” to “rediscover the joy of making music simply for the love of it”.
The announcement comes after multiple festival appearances across Europe and the UK this summer, including Rock Werchter in Belgium and a headline set on the Second Stage at Latitude.
There’s Always More That I Could Say is available for pre-orders here.
