It's been an amazing year for Mark Baker, with the uber-talented Dubliner making a big splash with his excellent portraits and sometimes even rubbing shoulders with the subject of his paintings!

Mark (pictured here with Dave Grohl backstage at this year's Oxegen festival) has spent the past year hard at work, both in private and public, enjoying exhibitions at Oxegen and putting together his first book; Mark Baker Portraits.

That collection gets its official launch this Tuesday October 25 at the Bedfordbury Gallery in London's Convent Garden at Mark's biggest show to date, an exclusive exhibition of his work that runs from October 25 until November 7. On display in the famous gallery will be the likes of ‘Biker Boris’ Johnson, JFK, Russell Brand, Muhammad Ali, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, U2 and Phil Lynott. It's an eclectic mix and no doubt an unmissable event for art and music fans alike.
