The 2000s rap icon performed some of his greatest hits, along with special guests St. Lunatics and support acts Fabolous and Eve
Nelly's performance at Dublin's 3Arena was an evening of exquisite 2000s nostalgia, with spectacular performances by support acts Fabolous and Eve.
Opening with his hit song 'She Wildin', Brooklyn rapper Fabolous was embraced by the roaring of Dublin's hip hop fans.
With his ingenious lyricism, melodic flow and energetic stage presence, the hip hop titan kicked off the night just right.
Performing classics like 'Rack City' and 'Breathe', Fabolous hit that sweet spot, making the crowd bounce and cheer over the throbbing bass.
After an in-style East Coast welcome, the one and only Eve strutted on stage, dressed in a hot red metallic ensemble.

Starting her set with 'Who's That Girl?', the hip hop queen captivated the audience with her energy.
With Dublin being the last European stop of the Where The Party At tour, her DJ animated the crowd to "make it the best one yet".
"Absolutely, Dublin comes through," Eve purred into the microphone.
Supported by four incredibly talented background dancers, the Philadelphia-born singer took us back to her first ever song, 'What Ya Want' (1999), earning approving praise from her fans.
Her last track of the night, 'Tambourine', marked the end of 35 minutes of hip hop excellence.

A massive black curtain dropped from the ceiling, and the crew got busy setting up the stage for the main event of the evening. The crowd was hyped up and ready to go rogue when an announcement sounded through the arena.
“Attention, attention. Can I have your attention, please? Welcome to Club Derrty. Be prepared to turn ahead. Three, two, one.”
On one, the black veil dropped to the ground, revealing ‘Club Derrty’, illuminated by colourful light beams. Setting the scene, a group of four ladies stood behind a red velvet rope, patiently waiting to be let in by a bouncer.

A thumping bass, flashing lights, and a healthy amount of exhaust from the smoke machines created a bustling atmosphere, worthy of a hip hop legend. As the first few notes of 'Where The Party At' blasted through 3Arena, fans were chanting Nelly's name, bouncing their heads to the rhythm.
Wearing a red snapback, camouflage cargo pants, and a black sleeveless hoodie, the rap icon stepped out, a massive gold chain around his neck. Backed by deafening screams from the crowd, Nelly commanded the stage with authority, launching his flawlessly executed set.

The Where The Party At tour celebrates the 25th anniversary of his debut album Country Grammar, which includes the record's title track, 'E.I.' and 'Ride Wit Me', among others.
"I wanna thank each and every one of y'all that's been holding your boy down now for 24, 25 years and counting," said the hip hop heavyweight.
"So no matter what the Nelly moment is, if it's an album, song, TV, whatever it is that made y'all show me so much love for so long. I wanna thank each and every one of y'all one more time from the bottom of my heart," he shouted over the blasting of air horns, curtesy of his DJ.

Along with 'Country Grammar', 'Ride Wit Me', and 'Hey Porsche', Nelly took us back to the beginnings of his lengthy career, catapulting the crowd right into the glorious days of 2000s hip hop.
'Dilemma' came with a special request: “Since Kelly isn’t here tonight, I need all the ladies in here to sing this one with me,” Nelly crooned.
Ask and you shall receive; amid swaying bodies and dimmed lights, the women in the crowd confessed their love and need for the Midwest rapper. Behind him ran a projection of himself and Kelly Rowland performing the ultimate bop live at Top of the Pops back in 2002.

Near the end of his set list, he symbolically dried off his sweat with a white handkerchief before throwing it into the crowd as ‘Hot in Herre’ started blasting from the speakers. The fan favourite had everyone jumping up and down, soaking in Nelly's masterful execution of a timeless piece of rap culture.
After this sizzling finale, people started to clear the floor when another announcement blared through the venue.
“Attention. Attention. The show is not over yet.”
Nelly's party entourage jumped across the stage for a final hit as red lights flashed and the smoke machines reached their peak. Under raucous support from the crowd, the rapper delivered 'Party People' with unmatched energy and his signature groovy flow, a testament to his two-decade-long career.
After a night of killer performances and countless moments of sweet 2000s nostalgia, there is only one possible verdict: Dublin's where the party is at.
