MacGowan Mundy & Sharon Shannon for Vicar Street

A nice way to kick off 2014 – Sharonn Shannon is joining forces with her old chum Mundy and Pogues icon Shane MacGowan for a Vicar Street knees-up on January 3.

MacGowan is still going strong on stage and, with Shannon and Mundy teaming up for the first time since their 'Galway Girl' duet, it should be a trad night to remember.

Tickets are €32 and are on sale now.

Before that, however, Sharon Shannon releases her Definitive collection (21 tunes from 21 years) this month and embarks on a tour of Ireland to end the year. Go to [link]www.sharonshannon.com[/link] for more.
