LISTEN: Hare Squead share new Superweird EP
The Dublin duo's new project is out now.
Following a series of acclaimed single and video releases, Hare Squead have shared their highly anticipated new EP, Superweird.
Channeling their wildest impulses into a genre-blending seven-tracker, the new project includes the previously released single 'Gangsters (Gully)' – inspired by their 2019 encounter with then Tory leadership hopeful Rory Stewart.
The follow-up to 2018's Supernormal EP, Superweird also includes new highlights like the bubbly 'Like I'm Barack' and the bass-heavy 'Trenches' – and features appearances from Jay Prince and Peter Xan.
Ahead of the release, the Dublin hip-hop duo partnered with COLORXSTUDIOS to share a new performance of 'Minor Gangsters (Gully)' – the video for which has already clocked up nearly 157,000 views on YouTube.
Hare Squead, made up of Tony Konstone and Lilo Blues, are fast becoming one of Ireland's most thrilling talents – and currently boast a whopping 1.1 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
