Lana Del Rey announces new single 'White feather-hawk tail deer hunter'
The musician is set to release her tenth studio album, Stove, later this year.
Lana Del Rey has announced that she will release her new single, 'White feather-hawk tail deer hunter', on February 17.
The singer made the announcement in a story on her Instagram, writing, “I just wanted to make a little message and let you know that my new single and my favourite song—this is the one I’ve been waiting for—‘White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter’ is coming out on the 17th.”
Del Rey also wrote that her upcoming tenth studio album, titled Stove, will feature a strong country influence.
“The majority of the album will have a country flair," said Del Rey. "Eight years ago, when I was looking to make a country record, no one else was thinking about country.
"Now everyone is going country! I’ve asked myself, Should I retire all my snakeskin boots? Should I put my cowboy hats in storage?”
Originally called Lasso, Del Rey released the album’s first single, 'Henry, Come On', in April 2024, before changing the album title to The Right Person Will Stay. She later changed the album's title to Stove.
After two postponed release dates, Stove is set to be released later this year.
