Kingfishr announce Ireland shows for next summer
The group will play Belfast, Dublin and Limerick in 2027
Kingfishr have announced three Irish shows for summer 2027.
The trio will play Belfast’s Belsonic on June 11, Dublin’s Marlay Park on June 19, and Limerick’s Thomond Park on July 10.
“Before we started the band, we had been to many of the venues we played last week to see our favourite artists play: Mumford & Sons, Paolo Nutini, The Killers being the ones that spring to mind,” frontman Eddie Keogh says.
“Being on those stages was nothing short of an out of body experience. The support we felt every night was some we will cherish for the rest of our lives.”
The announcement follows Kingfishr’s recent headline show at St Anne’s Park in Dublin.
Reviewing the concert, Hot Press wrote: “For a band who have only released their debut album last year, Kingfishr are already an established force in Irish music, evident of the 20,000 people that have trekked out to St Anne's to witness their performance this evening.”
Kingfishr are Limerick natives who formed in 2022. Since then, they have released their debut album Halcyon in 2025, which reached No. 1 in Ireland.
Tickets go on sale on Friday, June 26, at 10 am here.
