Jason Derulo guest presents on the first Sounds Like Friday Night
The BBC's first primetime chart show since Top of the Pops debuts this... go on, guess!
It’s being billed as the long overdue successor to Top Of The Pops – excuse us for a moment as we get all dewy-eyed with nostalgia – and debuts on Friday night at 7.30pm on BBC One.
Made by the same people that have turned The Late Late Show with James Corden and its Carpool Karaoke feature into a huge ratings-grabber Stateside, Sounds Like Friday Night is being co-hosted by Radio 1 Official Chart show man Greg James and rising Beeb star Dotty, features Jason Derulo as its first guest host and performer, and has additional live turns from Charlie Puth and Jessie Ware. Dave Grohl also chips in with a comedy sketch, which is either a very good or very bad thing.
Liam Payne, Liam Gallagher and London Grammar are the Week Two guests with Demi Lovato, Loyle Carner and Plan B the Week Three stars.
