Iron & Wine for Olympia show

Samuel Beam's musical outfit Iron & Wine will take to the Olympia stage for a show on March 14. The one man band, straight out of South Carolina, is taking to the road to promote the new studio effort Kiss Each Other Clean, due for release in early 2011. Kiss Each Other Clean will be the full-length follow-up to 2007's The Sheperd's Dog, described in the pages of Hot Press as "intimate, literate and wonderfully executed... one of the albums of the year." If standards haven't slipped in the intervening three years, the Dublin date could prove a real treat.

Tickets for this intimate Olympia show on March 14 are priced at €27.50 inclusive of booking fee and go on sale this Thursday at 9am from Ticketmaster outlets and online at ticketmaster.ie.
