ESSIRAY
Sleek vocals and clever, autobiographical lyrics characterise this 24-year-old, who also answers to Rachel Murphy. An indie-pop merchant, she cites Big Piig, Pip Millet and Charli XCX amongst her influences. 2023 was a packed year for the Meath native, as she dropped five singles, the latest being the garage-fuelled banger ‘Bullshit’. She’ll look to carry her momentum into 2024, kicking things off with an appearance at Whelan’s Ones to Watch Festival.
