Hot for 2020 Irish Acts: Graham Sweeney

Growing up on Achill Island, Sweeney spent his childhood making music and refurbishing vintage VWs – a passion that helped him travel across the globe whilst honing his art. Indeed, his two releases to date, ‘Paddy Song’ and ‘The Quiet Man’, have a touch of the world voyager about them. He takes inspiration from traditional Irish folk and blends it with irresistible rhythms.  His debut album, I Am, will be preceded by a slew of Irish gigs during the early part of the year.
