HMV through the years gallery

As news continues to come in from the ongoing HMV saga, and staff continue to look for answers and seek solutions regarding pay and their future, Hot Press takes the opportunity to look back on happier times for Ireland's largest music retailer.

Throughout the years, HMV Ireland's flagship store on Dublin's Grafton Street has seen some of the biggest stars in homegrown and international music, film, sport and television pass through its doors.

From The Killers to Quentin Tarantino, Doves to Debbie Harry, Ed Sheeran to Josh Ritter and hundreds in between, plenty of stars have passed through the HMV doors.
