Stories From The Surface debuts at the head of the indie list
A spate of new entries have invaded the top ten on Ireland's indie charts, with HamsandwicH leading the way.
Their Stories From The Surface is the best selling album of the week, so it's little surprise that it's sitting atop the Indie charts. It sits one spot above last week's bestseller, Villagers' Darling Arithmetic, while the self-titled LP from Mundy enters the rundown at No. 3.
Indeed, it's a strong week for Irish artists, with Colm Mac Con Iomaire's And Now The Weather also storming in to claim sixth spot, while Pen To Page, the first full-length effort from Dublin's Superstar Tradesmen, debuts at No. 9. The other new entry this week is from American rockers Alabama Shakes, whose Sound & Color claims the No. 4 slot.
