Hal wins Europe-wide award

Explains a spokesperson: “The awards are given for the highest debut album sales within the EU – but outside the artist’s country of residence – between September 1 2004 and August 31 2005. In addition to the EBBA, the winners can obtain financial EU support for the organisation of a European tour including at least four EU member states.”
Hal will pick up their gong on January 22 at the MIDEM industryfest in Cannes.
